• Call 0800-26477 (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm).
• Provide your CNIC number and answer a few security questions (such as name, address, etc.).
• The representative will inform you about your eligibility, payment details, or next steps.
• Tip: Have your CNIC ready before calling, and make a note of any reference number if given. The line may be busy, especially during important payment phases like June 2025.

Visit a BISP Tehsil Office.

How it works: You can check your status and get assistance with registration or payment by visiting BISP Tehsil Offices located across Pakistan.

• Find the nearest BISP office (for addresses, visit www.bisp.gov.pk or call the helpline).
• Bring your CNIC and relevant documents.
• Check your status at the help desk. The staff will check your details against the NSER database.
• You will be given a verbal or printed confirmation (e.g., eligible, payment in progress, or pending).
