These districts include Khairpur, Harnai, Ziarat, Sibi, Lakki Marwat, Okara, Sheikhupura, Ghotki, Zhob, Loralai, Daki, Banir, Haveli, Geyser, Gujranwala, Wazirabad, Layyah, and Bahawalpur. All these districts have been included in the second phase.

In addition, all the remaining districts that were not included in the first phase are also being included in the second phase. Therefore, women who are beneficiaries of the Kafalat program do not need to worry or question whether their district will be included or not, because the second phase is for all the districts that were left out in the first phase.

The reason for this is that at present, about 50 percent of women are yet to receive payments even within the first phase. Procedure For Receiving Payments In The Second Phase
