TORs For Allotment Of Plots

Applicants who are successful under this program will have to start the construction of their house as per the building byelaws within six months from the date of ownership of the plot and complete the construction of the house within two years from the date of possession.

It should be noted that successful applicants cannot sell, transfer, or lease the plot for the next five years from the date of allotment. If any successful applicant sells, transfers, or leases the plot within five years before the date of allotment, then his allotment will be automatically cancelled.
