Complete method to check eligibility with CNIC
You can check your eligibility in the following two ways:
- Through 8171 SMS Service
- Write your CNIC number (without dash)
- Send SMS to 8171
- You will get a response in a few moments whether you are eligible or not
- From 8171 web portal
- Go to https://8171.bisp.gov.pk
- Enter your CNIC in the form
- Click on “Find Out”
- The system will tell you whether you will get the installment or not
If your record does not exist or the message “Survey Required” appears, you will have to do a Dynamic Survey
BISP Dynamic Survey 2025 – New Registration Process
The government has re-launched the Dynamic Survey in 2025 to include new eligible people in the program.
Documents required for registration:
- CNIC (Identity Card)
- Children’s B Form
- Electricity or Gas Bill (better if available)
Procedure:
- Visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office
- Obtain the form and provide complete information
- Fingerprints and photo verification will be done
- After a few weeks, an eligibility message will come through SMS

- Contact the nearest BISP office
- Re-check CNIC on 8171 web portal
- Fill the complaint form or call 0800-26477
- Confirm with JazzCash or HBL Konnect retailer whether the amount is available or not
