What is Dynamic Survey?

Dynamic Survey is a process of BISP under which the financial, educational, household, and social status of eligible and deserving families is thoroughly examined to find out whether they are still eligible for financial assistance or not. This survey not only ensures transparency but also serves as a means of excluding those from the program whose financial condition has improved. And the Benazir Income Support Program has set up registration centers in every city across the country to complete the survey. Along with this, for the convenience of the public, BISP has also introduced a mobile van service so that beneficiaries belonging to those areas where the nearest registration center is not located can also complete their survey.

Reasons for conducting a survey

• Re-verification is required after completion of three years.
• The list of beneficiaries is updated.
• The next installment will be paid on the same basis.
• Opportunities are also provided for new applicants.

Documents required to complete the survey

The following documents must be carried at the time of the survey:

• National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Children’s Form B
• Recent electricity bill
• Mobile number in use

Complete procedure of BISP Dynamic Survey (Step by Step)

BISP provides only one method for all beneficiaries to complete the survey through which all the already benefitted beneficiaries and new aspirants can complete their survey in the following manner.

• First of all, you have to visit your nearest Benazir Income Support Program Tehsil Office.
• After reaching the office, check the status of your current registration.
• The BISP representative will check your current information and tell you whether you need to re-survey or not.
• If you are not already a part of BISP, then you will be asked to complete your survey. And if your registration is based on old data or 3 years have passed, the representative will register you for the survey.
• After that, the representative will issue you a token to complete the survey registration and you will be asked to go to the survey registration room.
• The representative present in the survey registration room will have you answer questions related to your income, household condition, children’s education, and other social information.
• You will have to verify your fingerprints to answer all the questions, after which your survey will be completed.
• After completing the survey, you will receive a confirmation message from 8171, informing you that your registration has been completed.
• If your survey is completed and approved, you will receive the next installment.
• Beneficiaries who have been receiving financial assistance for the last three years and whose PMT score exceeds the limit after completing the survey will not receive the next installment.

Last date to complete the survey

BISP has clarified that the last date for re-survey for those who have been benefiting for 3 years has been fixed as June 30, 2025. If such persons who have been receiving financial assistance for the last three years do not complete their survey registration process before June 30, they will not be provided with future financial assistance and will be permanently disqualified from the program. Therefore, all such beneficiaries are directed to complete their BISP Dynamic Survey registration process on time as per the given deadline.

Important Instructions

• Only those persons who have received the message from 8171 will be allowed to register at the BISP office.
• Women who have not been made a part of BISP should not come to the office themselves but first check their eligibility on 8171.
• Do not forget to carry all the necessary documents with you while going to the office.
