Punjab Rahmat Card Program 2026 | Rs. 1 Lac for Widows

Rahmat Card Program Eligibility

• Applicants must belong to a low income household
• Must be a permanent resident of Punjab

• The mobile number used for registration must be registered on the applicant’s own CNIC

How to Apply

• Apply through the CM Punjab Rahmat Card mobile app available on Google Play Store
• Registration can be completed through either option
• Once registered, applicants can submit their application for financial assistance under the program

Selection Process

• Beneficiaries will be selected through the Punjab Socio Economic Registry database
• Final selection will be made on the basis of district quotas under the same system
• If an applicant is not registered in PSER, their data will be verified through NADRA

How Will the Money Be Paid?

• Financial assistance will be disbursed through JazzCash wallet accounts
• The Punjab government will bear all service charges of these wallet accounts on the instructions of the Chief Minister
• Beneficiaries will not have to pay any wallet service charges for receiving the assistance
• Widows will receive Rs. 1 lac per family
• Orphan families will also receive Rs. 1 lac per family
• A total of 50,000 deserving families will be supported under this program
